Meek Mill has been sentenced two to four years in prison for violating probation! The Philadelphia judge who gave him the sentence said the rapper wasted several chances to clean up his act since the 2009 gun and drug case.
According to CBS news, Mill owned up to the violations in his only statement during the hearing and said that jailing him would likely end his musical career. He said that he has battled addiction to the prescription painkiller Percocet and that he has only tried to escape a life of crime.
Rapper Jay-Z also took to social and made a post about Meek saying sentence is not fair and they will stand by him. Check out the video and post below!
