According to TMZ, David is now the primary parent for him and Jennifer Hudson's son David Jr. Until further notice and the entire agreement is worked out, the chile will be with David.
TMZ also reported David has always been adamant that he's been the primary caregiver for his son since he was born due to Jennifer's heavy work schedule. She's currently flying back and forth between London and the U.S to do "The Voice".
