According to authorities a 17 yr-old boy and 18 yr-old girl where shot in a drive-by in the parking lot of the River Oaks Mall. The shooting happened outside of Macy's in the parking lot at around 6pm. “I’m doing make up for one of my clients, and all you hear is, ‘Pow pow pow,'” said Joy Watson, an employee at Macy’s. There are no suspects in custody.
