President Trump just confirmed his plan to send federal agents into American cities to help with crime and violence as apart of his anti-crime initiative.
During his address from the White House, President Trump said, he has "no choice". Chicago, Kansas City, and Portland are all on the list to receive hundreds of federal agents.
