According to USAToday, news came out that rapper Yung Miami from the former rap girl group The City Girls was named in a new lawsuit filed by Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones against Sean "Diddy" Combs, in a civil lawsuit for sexual assault and harassment. In the suit it names a man named Paul who was named to be Diddy's "Drug Mule" and allegedly, "transported and distributed ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, Ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci by packing these substances in luggage and going through TSA."

In the lawsuit, Jones claims Diddy made him and Paul carry his firearms. It also claims that Paul and others were in charge of carrying out the negotiations of Diddy's sex workers. Allegedly, Yung Miami was named as one of his sex workers, along with two other women, wellness coach Jade Ramey and 50 Cent's ex-girlfriend and mother of his son Daphney Joy who gets a monthly allowance for their work. In the suit, it also claims that Yung Miami also transported the drug tuci in April 2023 when another worker forgot it.

Yung Miami and Diddy were first spotted and sparked relations in 2021 and confirmed dating in June 2022.
